How these progressions are built

Each panel shows every lift that set a new all-time best in tested federations for that sex, equipment, and weight class. A row appears only when its value exceeds every prior recorded value in the same category. The OpenPowerlifting dataset is densest from about 2010 onward, so the earliest entries in any class reflect when reliable coverage began rather than the all-time-first attempt. "Days held" measures the gap between successive record-setting meets.
