How the estimate works
The headline number averages the Epley and Brzycki formulas; the smaller row shows each formula on its own, including Lombardi. All three project a 1RM from your weight and reps, so they agree closely at low reps and spread apart as the reps climb.
Rep maxes and percentages
The rep-max table works backward from the estimate to show what you could take for other rep counts. The percent chart gives the loads at each fraction of your max, the way most programs prescribe work sets.
